Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this bright, Savoyard-style studio apartment in Cordon benefits from modern amenities and a view of Mont Blanc. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator) and able to accommodate up to 2 travelers, it comprises a living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen and a shower room. Bed linen, towels and kitchen equipment are also included. Just a stone's throw from the slopes, hiking trails and village of Cordon, this place will make your stay in the French Alps an unforgettable experience!
The accommodation comprises
- A bright living room with a double sofa bed and TV
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, fridge, oven, extractor fan, induction hob, etc.
- A shower room with washing machine and heated towel rail
- Separate WC
Outside:
- A terrace (length 6m / width 3m), south-east facing, with a view of the Mont Blanc range and furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
The studio is ideally located in Cordon, in a very quiet area on the piste road. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
- Village of Cordon (3 minutes by car, 10 minutes on foot): tourist office, café - restaurant, souvenir shop, regional products.
- Village of Combloux (10 minutes by car): restaurants, ski equipment shops, souvenir shops and regional products
Access to ski slopes :
- Cordon ski area 10 minutes away by car and shuttle bus. Close to other ski areas including Combloux.
Transport links :
- If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park (free parking, not allocated).
- Public car park nearby in the village (5-10 minute walk).
- Accessible by car and bus from Sallanches (10 - 15 minutes).
- Nearest train station: Sallanches (15 minutes away)
- Nearest airports: Geneva and Annecy
