Studio of 19m², benefits from an ideal location with direct access to the ski slopes. On the top of the Reberty district1850, Résidence Armoise, foot of the ski slopes, calm and quiet. Located at the start of the SUNNY chairlift and at the arrival of the REBERTY chairlift.
The accommodation
Located on the first floor, equipped and furnished for 4 people, with north-west facing balcony-loggia with street view, lockable ski locker.
Fully equipped and functional for a pleasant stay.
Kitchen with 2 induction hobs, dishwasher, multifunction oven (traditional oven, microwave, grill), fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette and fondue set, etc...
The living room with two single bunk beds and a two-seater BZ sofa bed 140x190, Leed TV 61cm Wardrobe and plenty of storage space.
The bathroom: WC, Shower, sink, Heated towel rail.
Once there, you will no longer need any means of transport. You will benefit from the free shuttles next to the residence, running every day, every 20 minutes from 8:30 am to 11 pm, so you can access all the districts of the resort.
In front of the residence (ESF, mini-market with bread depot, tobacconist's shop, ski sales and rental shops, restaurants, tourist office (internet point) ski rental.
Free collective parking at the back of the building and along the access road.
Other remarks
-The keys will be handed over on site by the manager of the establishment.
-Arrival 4 p.m. – 8 p.m. Departure 8 a.m. – 10 a.m.
-A WIFI connection is available at an additional cost for 20 euro/week. The client will make the first connection from the apartment. Choose the network INTERNET-ICI-LESMENUIRE
-A security deposit is required on arrival in the amount of 350 to 500 euro, depending on the period, by French cheque, cash, bank transfer (In advance) or Credit Card. This security deposit is fully refundable at the time of departure, subject to a satisfactory inventory of fixtures of your accommodation.
-End of stay cleaning is not included in the rental and is the responsibility of the guest.
-Bed linen is not included in the rental.
-Non-smoking apartment
-Pets are not allowed
