About this chalet rental
Charming chalet located in the small village of La Giettaz in an authentic environment between La clusaz and Megeve.
The chalet is located just 2 km from La Giettaz and a stone's throw from the Col des Aravis.
In winter, you will have easy access to a wide choice of ski slopes, including the Portes du Mont-Blanc, the Espace Evasion Mont-Blanc, the Domaine de La Clusaz, or even the Espace Diamant.
The link between Le Plan and the ski areas of Combloux and Megève offers a wide choice to skiers. More than 100 km of slopes in the Portes du Mont-Blanc area and much more in the larger Évasion Mont-Blanc area, which covers the resorts of Megève, Saint-Gervais, Saint-Nicolas de Véroce and Les Contamines. A ski bus 30 metres from the chalet will take you to the start of the slopes of Le Plan (Domaine des Portes du Mont Blanc)
For even more variety, a short drive (10 minutes) separates you from the resort of La Clusaz, whose ski area includes more than 200 km of slopes.
In summer, you will be spoilt for choice among the range of possible activities: hiking, climbing, summer sledging, picnics... Or quite simply, contemplate the 360° panoramas from the top of some ski lifts.
Finally, the Col des Aravis, a regular setting for the Tour de France, is not far away.

The cottage has 4 bedrooms, three doubles and a dormitory for 5 (ideal for children)
The cottage is ideal for three couples with children or 10 adults.
The chalet has a 60m² living room with a fully equipped kitchen (induction kitchen, microwave, nespresso coffee machine, classic percolator, toaster, raclette and fondue sets), a large dining table for 11 and a magnificent fireplace (wood provided).
A bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, double sink, toilet and sauna.

A separate toilet.
The chalet also has a ski room with boot dryer and a garage to store bicycles or motorbikes.
7 nights minimum from Saturday to Saturday during the Soclaires holidays
5 nights minimum outside school holidays.

The chalet is beautiful, comfortable and had everything we needed and more. The terrace out front has a gorgeous view and was perfect for some morning yoga and there are really nice hiking routes for all lengths and difficulties. Check-in was easy the owner replied quickly to questions. All in all a perfect stay!

This is a brilliant chalet very well located.
It was well equipped and very clean, we would definitely consider coming back.
The only down side was the fact that we expected a hot tub as described on the website but it only had a sauna. Also we have found the cleaning fee of 150 euro was a bit high.
Other than this it is a lovely place, newly decorated and very comfortable.
