About this apartment rental
Emerald Towers 1003 sits on the 10th floor with direct Gulf views from both the living room and the master bedroom. The balcony is accessible from both spaces, giving you that open-air Gulf experience whether you're starting your morning in the bedroom or winding down in the living room.
The kitchen has been upgraded with granite countertops and a full suite of appliances. A bar area in the living room adds a nice touch for evenings in. The 75" Smart TV anchors the living space, and both bedrooms have their own Smart TVs as well.

Our host was very accommodating. Girl at Emerald Towers called host and we were allowed to check in at 3:45 vs 4pm. Glad to see the coffee pot accommodated put drip and pod coffee. The condo was well appointed and comfortable. We had three people so it would have been nice to have 3 chairs on balcony. Would use this condo again.

We opened the door to see the most beautiful blue ocean view from the balcony doors. We even saw dolphins! From that point on, everything was wonderful. The condo was clean and comfortable. On the beach location with easy access to rent beach chairs. They even had shaved ice you could purchase. The location was perfect with just minutes to everything. Most perfect stay!
