Come stay in your own rustic oasis in the Mayan Riviera landscape nestled in nature's mangroves of Tulum w/splash pool. Two bedroom 2-floorr/2 bath cabin with + bonus In-law suite in a jungle like setting in a gated area, but still located on the main road of Carretera 307, just 10 minutes from downtown with nature views,15 minutes away from Tulum's turquoise beaches and 20 minutes from the Ruins! Sofa-bed in living room. Has high speed fiber-optic internet service. Many beautiful Cenotes to visit down the road for a small fee.

Note: Please do not throw toilet paper in the toilet, as it will clog. If this happens, guest will have to pay a service repair fee. All trash must be bagged and discarded in outdoor garbage receptacles. Limited garbage bags are available inside cabin. Also, please maintain the grounds free from any litter, as garbage receptacles are placed throughout the site for your convenience. Note, you are in the jungle, so please be prepared for some power outages from time to time, or water/internet outages, which usually do not last long. Just make maintenance staff on ground aware. Please know that we follow eco-friendly practices and ask that all guests turn off the A/C when leaving the cabin, so as to not spur power outages also. In addition, beware of jungle critters/biting insects/snake sightings. Just admire from afar, again you are in the beautiful jungle! Remember to keep cabin door/windows closed at all times, as a critter can wander into the cabin in a matter of seconds and keep your cabin locked to secure your belongings. Note, small private splash pool water temperature is tepid (natural, not heated). Please leave key in lockbox upon departure and unscramble code on it upon exit.

* Disclaimer * - Tulum in general is going through a lot of development, so some construction noise is inevitable. In this area, you may experience 'some' construction noise from time to time, as many people want to own and experience a piece of the Mexican Caribbean. Occasionally, there may be techno jungle parties nearby. As Tulum is mostly known for being a non-stop party attraction. Please note this when booking and if you or with some Jungle Vibes. But for the most part, you will be able to experience peace and tranquility here. Please keep all this in mind before you book, as strict cancellation policies do apply on this listing and you must fully review that before you secure your booking. Also, please do not book this listing if you do not feel comfortable with cabin rustic living as it is almost similar to the camping lifestyle. As stated in this listing, you will be somewhat in the middle of the jungle and you booking this cabin offers an opportunity to sustain locals who make a living off of working in hosting your stay. So please know what you are booking, and think twice before you consider canceling your reservation, because you feel the Jungle Cabin was not to your liking.
