This property has all you need, fishing poles, paddle boards, Kayak, beach chairs, towels, umbrella and a tent. Don't pay extra for them.
Everything is walking distance, a few hundred steps to the beautiful white sands of Clearwater Beach. Under a mile to Pier and 40 mins to Raymond James Stadium. NO LARGE EVENTS.

Short walk to the white sands of our beautiful beach and the most poplar restaurants and bars but far enough from all the noise. A short walk to the rec center where the city offers tennis courts and a public boat ramp. The trolley stops right Infront of the property and will take you everywhere you want to go around the beaches. Thus, some groups do not even rent cars.
POOL – Have your own private pool. Heated during the winter.
Private Dock - Bring a boat. Watch the dolphins. Enjoy the fish at night with our super bright fish light.
WATER SPORTS – Paddle Boards (2), Kayak (2 person) that you can take off the dock in your back yard. No need to rent and be on their schedule.
We also provide pool toys fishing poles, beach chairs, beach towels, beach tent and 2 carts to bring everything to the beach. All for free. Jet ski rental is a 2 min walk away.
UNLIMITED HOT WATER – All 16 guests can take a hot shower! All 3 showers stay hot at the same time. This eliminates the challenge of having a large group getting ready to go out. If you have a larger group, you will definitely appreciate all the hot water!
FULLY UPGRADED – This house was recently renovated and has all you will need including 2 75” 4K Smart TVs and 4 55” Smart TV’s and 1 Smart Projector.
POOL TABLE – Want to party at home. Play some pool in the large TV/Game area.
AIR PURIFIER – We care about your safety and have a Hathaspace Air purifier to reduce airborne pathogens.
SECURITY – Each guest gets their own UNIQUE access code which expires when they leave. Cameras are also in place outside for your safety.
EVENT GRILL - 8 Burner event grill so you have enough space to cook for all your guests. You can't find a larger one on the beach.
PUTTING GREEN - 3 hole Patrice green. Have fun all day and night.

It was a real pleasure staying here. They anticipated all possible needs for a family on vacation. From condiments and coffee to blankets and coolers. Just about anything we thought we would have to buy or rent when we got there they had. It really was fantastic. Owners were also great communicators when we did have questions. I will be staying with these owners again in the future give. The opportunity.
