There were some asthetic issues with the property, such as siding that was coming off and a circut breaker that kept tripping.
We did have a plumbing issue that was resovled the next day, which was nice :)
As far as the location and the beach front it was fantastic!

The cottage was cute and worked well for our visit. The upstairs was wonderful and perfect for our needs. The pier and beach area were great. The area is wonderful & the lake is just the right size for bopping around in a pontoon and floating. The only thing I would say is that the downstairs is just a large room with a lot of beds and it was hard to get it cooled off, was musty and had active spiders, so we all decided to sleep upstairs.

We did a three night stay. The house was very well maintained and in a good location. Walking distance to restaurants and shops.
All in all, a good time for sure!

The property had no curb appeal, it needed work on the outside and the grass was in desperate need of cutting. The third bedroom was in the basement with most of the beds and did not have a door. The grill was filthy and we had to get cleaner and do a deep clean before we could use it. I think we were the first people for the season and the water barely came out until my husband started cleaning the screens. I had to call to get the kitchen one cleaned. When I had inquired about the coffee maker I was told there was an expression machine b by it was a keurig which we would have brought pods for
