Welcome to Manatee Manor. Come and relax at this peaceful home by the beach. Take a five minute stroll to the white sand beach of the Gulf of Mexico, or launch your boat at the Dolphin boat ramp (a three minute drive from the house).
The space
This cozy beach house offers two bedrooms and one full bathroom. One bedroom has a queen size bed, and the other has two twin beds and a desk so you can work from home. There are TVs in both bedrooms and the living room. This home is quite comfortable for four people, but there is a sleeper sofa in the living room for extra guests if needed. The kitchen has pots and pans, cooking utensils, blender, rice cooker, a twelve cup drip coffee maker and a single serve coffee maker to suit your needs. Enjoy sitting out on the gated deck in an adirondack chair with your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine. Spend a day at the beach with two beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie board and sand toys for you to use during your stay. We have also provided some board games and novels for your entertainment.
Other things to note
There are stairs to reach the front door. There is a safety gate at the top of the stairs.

There are exterior cameras in place for protection; please do not touch or tamper with them.

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate late check-outs or early check-ins to allow the cleaner time to thoroughly clean the house for the next guests.

Please be aware that this property is located in an area that can be affected by hurricane season. We cannot refund for weather related events, natural disasters, etc. Please purchase travel insurance for your protection.
