Tastefully furnished and modern, this one has everything you need for a pleasant stay.
APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:
Large living room with living room, latest Samsung flat screen, high table (bar style), small open plan kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchenware, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle.

DESCRIPTION OF THE DISTRICT:
The Beaurivage district is well known to all. While remaining quiet, it is very close to the city center and the halls where dance bars, nightclubs and good restaurants can be found.
It is also very close to the beaches (Côte des Basques, Milady and Marbella).
Not far from the building, the famous "BIBI Beaurivage" square where you can find good restaurants, a pharmacy, a hairdresser, and a butcher.
A bakery is also nearby (5min walk).
You can find our real estate agency & art gallery located at 70 rue d'Espagne (2min walk).
GETTING AROUND:
The free shuttle bus is just seconds away, taking you directly to the beach or the city center.
Very close to the city center and the covered market (5/10 min of operation max) so it is best to get around on foot.
The keys are systematically handed over by a member of the team who is present to answer your questions.

We offer a late check-in service on request (to be booked in advance):
-30€ between 8pm and 9pm.
-50€ between 9pm & 10pm.
-70€ between 10pm & 11pm. No reception beyond that.
To be paid in cash or by cheque on arrival (against a receipt) or by bank transfer to the agency before your arrival.
Rental of childcare equipment or fans/air conditioners/auxiliary heaters: €50 (for the entire duration of the stay).
We invite you to respect the time of the appointment that you have set for us. Do not hesitate to arrive a little earlier than the time set. In case of delay in the check-in time initially agreed with you, our hostess will not be able to wait for you.
Another appointment time must be set and you will be billed 30€.
Thank you for your understanding and do not hesitate for any other questions.
Fee of 30€ for an arrival on December 24 & 31 after 6 pm, and on December 25 and January 1 to be paid on arrival in cash or check (against a receipt) or by bank transfer to the agency before your arrival.
In the event of loss of the key to the accommodation during your stay, the lock on the door will have to be changed. The cost of this action will be deducted from your deposit.
Concerning the end-of-stay cleaning & laundry package included in your reservation:
We provide linen treated by a professional service, prepare the apartment for your comfort and your arrival, and do the cleaning at the end of your stay.
For bookings of one month or more, an intermediate cleaning (every two weeks) must be carried out at your expense. This is to maintain and check the accommodation each time you visit.
Any trip that is not of an emergency nature will be invoiced to the tenant. This is to limit abusive travel. Do not hesitate to inquire.
Important:
A lease must be signed in parallel with the rental platform before your arrival, in French and in a dematerialized way (electronic signature).
The supporting documents requested for natural persons are:
- Identity document.
- Proof of your main residence.
For legal persons:
- Kbis.
- Identity document of the manager.
In addition, it is mandatory to take out rental risk and damage insurance.

Parking space rental (5min walk) for an amount of 15€ / day.
Check-out instructions before handing over the keys:
1. Gather dirty towels and dish towels
2. Dispose of the garbage
3. Wash the dishes
4. Do not throw away unopened food. It can be used by subsequent travellers.
