Welcome to Lake Escape’s Paradise Point!!

Perched at the tip of a picturesque peninsula, Paradise Point has a breathtaking 270-degree panoramic view of magnificent Lake Norman. Our walkaround porch is tailor-made for unwinding and relaxing with these stunning views. You may find it hard to tear yourself away from your chair, except perhaps to jump on a kayak or paddleboard and explore the lake or to hop on your boat from your very own private dock.

This fully renovated home offers four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The spacious kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need to whip up a meal for the family or grab a cup of coffee. Gather around the dining table, which comfortably seats ten, or opt for an additional four-person setting at the pub table.

For family time and entertainment, the Living Room beckons with cozy vibes. Stream your favorite shows or engage in a friendly board game battle with our collection of dozens of board games.

The main level features the master bedroom, complete with a King-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a spacious stall shower and a double vanity, and sliding doors that grant direct access to the screened porch.

Up the floating staircase are two more bedrooms. One bedroom offers two Queen beds, while the other provides a Queen bed and a Twin XL. They share an additional rec room and a full bathroom with a shower over a tub.

The fourth bedroom, a cozy nook on the main level, features two Twin XL beds. While it's primarily designed for a peaceful slumber, it also has its own full bathroom with a stall shower. This bathroom is also accessible from the covered porch area.

The house also features an additional half bath off the Living Room and a full Laundry room with complimentary supplies for your convenience.

Plenty of comfortable Adirondack chairs and rockers adorn the outside of the house, creating ideal spots to soak in the awe-inspiring lake views. The screened porch offers a daybed for a peaceful nap and comfy swinging chairs for lazing the hours away.

As the day turns to evening, you can cozy up by the firepit with complimentary firewood or sit by the water in the gazebo on the dock while enjoying the unique sounds of the lake.

Some things to note:
* Rental Agreement MUST be completed and signed within 36 hours of booking.
* Security deposit of $750 will be reserved 3 days prior to arrival (see House Rules below).
* Maximum Overnight Occupancy for Paradise Point is 11 guests.
* Maximum Daytime Occupancy for Paradise Point is 15 guests.
* All Lake Escape homes are dog-friendly and allow up to 3 dogs ($150 per pet fee applies). Cats are not permitted.
* Unlimited, Complimentary firewood is provided.
* Complimentary propane is provided for use with the outdoor grill.
* Complimentary kayaks, standup paddleboards and lifevests are provided.
* All of our homes feature private docks. Please check with us to confirm depth at specific homes as lake levels change seasonally.
