The house is situated in a beautiful village 3 km from Putbus, the “City of Roses.” It consists of an entryway with a coat closet, a large living-sleeping area, a stylish built-in kitchen with all modern conveniences (4-burner ceramic cooktop, convection oven, fridge-freezer combo, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle,microwave), and a dining table that seats four. From the kitchen, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the garden. The living-sleeping area features a double bed, and on this floor, you’ll find a very stylish natural-stone bathroom with a shower. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where you’ll find a sleeping area with two single beds and a bathroom with a toilet and sink. In the garden, you’ll have your own seating areas with high-quality wooden furniture and sun loungers.
