Only complaint was that the shuttle to the beach was no longer running to the property. Other than that it was great, very clean, and well kept. The neighbors were also very nice and welcoming. It was a lot closer to rosemary than I had expected( 1mile walk) which is definitely not a bad thing. Overall it was a great stay and was in a great location.

This property is nestled in the back of a beautiful and private newer neighborhood that is still adding houses. Though absolutely no fault of the property manager, the house across the street was under construction and they started working every morning about 8:00am sharp. The house itself is gorgeous, huge bedrooms with private baths in 3 of them, private balconies for 2 bedrooms, plenty of indoor space for everyone. The decor and comfort were excellent. Tight parking and there wasn’t much outdoor area around the house. The neighborhood is quiet and private, with a tram that picks you up right by the house and takes you to the beach. Very convenient! However we didn't care for the beaches in this area at all. We typically stay in much more private areas and are not used to the crowded beaches of the 30A. This obviously isn't a reflection of the home/owner or property whatsoever. The location is amazing otherwise, right in between PCB and Destin, we visited both! Everything is close and convenient. Santa Rosa area is super cute with lots of shops and restaurants especially by Rosemary Beach. Overall, I very much recommend if you enjoy this area!
