About this apartment rental
The condo is a TRUE Ski in. Less than a 5 minute walk to the Cabriolet lift, and (in powder conditions) ski in access. Workspace with a large LG monitor perfect for WFH. King size bed (current images show prior queen). Top features: 55" HDTV, fireplace, hot tub, mudroom w/ski & coat storage, washer & dryer, books, games, direct views of ski runs & pond, 1st floor unit, washer/dryer in unit.
The bedroom features a King Size Nectar Hybrid mattress (current images are outdated with the prior queen size mattress).
New for Ski season 2023: the living room sleeping arrangement will be upgraded to a queen-size pull out couch.
The kitchen features high-quality appliances: stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. Fully stoked with spices and oils. No need to buy 10 spices and oils that you cannot take with you. Plus: crockpot, air fryer, pressure cooker, and food processor.
HOT TUB, SAUNA POOL:
Don’t forget to make use of the communal hot tub, sauna, and pool!
Pet Policy:
1 dog (25 pounds or less) allowed with a $275 non-refundable fee. Failure to communicate a dog joining you prior to your arrival will result in a $400 pet fee.

This property is exactly as advertised. Perfect for a couple or small family and very convenient for skiers. Lamar, the property owner, was exceptional. He allowed us to check in a little bit early when our flight plans got us into town earlier then expected when we originally booked. And he promptly answered a few questions we had after checking in. We enjoyed skiing back almost to the property, and the walk to the Cabriolet was all downhill and 5 minutes. We look forward to renting next year.
