There is a large double terrace overlooking the sea, which you access directly from the living room or the master bedroom. The terrace is very private, on a corner, with views of the Selwo hills and beautiful mountains. The apartment has just been renovated and newly furnished, with all new electrodomestics as well. The apartment is modern, clean, bright, with marble floors, built-in closets in all rooms, aircondition and double glazed windows.

The neighbourhood is calm and up hill with great views, next to Resina Golf Country Club as well as SELWO zoo. 7min drive down the hill you find the beach and great restaurants such as Sonora Beach Club, Tikitano, Trocadero, Anantara Villa Padierna Palace, Puerto Banus, Puente Romano, and many more.
