The condo complex itself was not very well maintained, cobwebs all over the stairs and the pool was very dirty. The check in process was confusing when I had to email a different company for check in instructions. Also there were no pool location instructions so we had to wander to find it on our own. The condo was fairly clean, the bath mat in the main bath had hair stuck in it, it was rolled up and moved. Location was good, Vail the city was beautiful.
