Beautiful top floor apartment for 4 people on the first line of the sea in a residential complex with swimming pool and garage next to the shopping center of Mojacar Playa.
IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT SWIMMING POOLS
We do not guarantee the use of community pools outside of the main summer season. The pools will be open from July 1st to August 31st. Outside of this period, we cannot be held responsible for the unopening of the pools.

2nd separate shower room
Separate fully equipped kitchen with gas hob and electric oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all other cooking utensils and crockery.
Laundry room with washing machine and gas hot water boiler.
Living room with dining area, Spanish and British TV, air conditioning, WiFi connection and patio doors leading to the terrace with great sea views.

Parque Residencial is a frontline urbanisation next to the Mojacar Playa shopping mall. There is an access gate (Nº9) on Calle Lucerna, once you have access to the community a few steps further you will find the external staircase leading to the front door of the apartment.
Garage entrance
There is an allocated garage space. The entrance to the garage is at the end of Duende Street. Once you leave your vehicle in the allocated space, you can climb a staircase to reach the interior of the complex with a very well maintained community garden and swimming pool.
