Property seemed well maintained. Beds were very comfortable. We had family visit us while we were there. The pool was in good shape and well maintained. Our needs were met.

The pool was clutch during the heat! House was comfortable and cool, even while it was over 110F outside. Located in a quiet neighborhood and easy to get to.

We had a small hiccup at the beginning with wrong entrance code - which was quickly resolved when we rang the Ring doorbell. Owners responded immediately and provided the correct code. Pool was delightful! Indoor furniture, beds, and pillows were very comfortable! There was adequate kitchen plates, cups, silverware, serving pieces, etc. Extra paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, laundry supplies, kitchen soaps, dishwasher tabs, bathroom soaps, and shower supplies, as well as cleaning products were provided and adequate. Free Wi-fi provided and worked well. A few negatives:Website says: "Onsite parking options include a garage." Garage was locked and not accessible for guests.Website says: 3 bathrooms - all with showers. Only the 2 upstairs bathrooms had showers. The third bathroom was a powder room only (sink and toilet). We had chosen this house based on what we thought was 3 bathrooms - all with showers. The street was a bit noisy during the day. Only the master bedroom faces the busy street. The other bedrooms are more interior. We used the ceiling fan most nights, which drowned out the noise. Overall, though, that street wasn't very busy at night. And even without the ceiling fan, the noise didn't really bother us.Finally, there is a Sago Palm tree in the front yard and in the neighbors yards. Although these are very beautiful trees, they can be deadly to dogs if ingested. My dog walked right past them, but just be aware. There are a couple nice parks close by.

Overall we had an ok stay at this property. There were a few odd missteps that prevented a great stay. The good:The description of the property matched what we saw. The bad:There were some cleanliness issues that we ran into. For example, it appears that a sock from a previous visit was left on the bed and was not picked up. In addition, some of bedding had some odd stains on it.The odd:1) The key code that was given to us turned out to be incomplete, causing us to be confused for 15 minutes when we first tried to enter it. 2) The property manager did not seem to acknowledge any of the messages that we sent. I sent a couple of inquiries during out stay and they did not return a response.
