The property was very clean, well kept and very spacious for our family of 4 adults and 2 teenagers. Beautiful views even on a rainy day. Only wish was having more available paper goods and toiletries! They were bare minimum. The home was very beautiful and modern.

We had a wonderful family vacation, and this property was perfect for our family of four. The location was excellent for all of the activities we had planned - several local area hikes, including hikes near Grand Lake and within RMNP, as well as white water rafting at Clear Creek and e-bike rentals in Fraser. Everything was within 30 minutes, and we enjoyed the quiet relaxation in the hot tub in the evenings - and the beds were very comfortable as well. We saw the most wild life during our trip right on the golf course - even a moose! The house was stocked with all the amenities needed to cook meals at home, and the City Market was within walking distance to grab groceries and Starbucks coffee!

This as a great spot for three families to gather. The home is newer, has awesome relaxing amenities and is definitely well-stocked. There is ample sleeping space, paved roads, grocery within walking distance and sidewalks for running/walking. There is construction in the neighborhood but it did not impede our stay very much. The views are awesome. And it was a great launching point for a day in winter park, a day in Grand Lakes and a day on Lake Granby. The only note from us is the squeaky bunk beds in the bunk room, where the kids slept. They’re VERY squeaky so every time someone moved all the kids were cracking up. The kids thought it was hilarious and honestly, what kid doesn’t stay up super late on vacation with friends? I don’t think quieter beds would have had them sleeping sooner. But if that’s a concern for you, now you know! If we make our way back to Granby, we would book this same home again without hesitation.
