This mountain modern masterpiece offers luxury lodging accommodations, state of the art technologies, a diverse bedding configuration for various group types, a roof top hot tub, radiant heated outdoor spaces and multiple entertaining areas for families and corporate stays.
The luxury ski residence enjoys each bedroom ensuite having its own level in the home for privacy and convenience of multiple demographics of travel groups. Each bedroom suite also offers individual stackable washer and dryer sets for guest use, beautifully appointed ensuite baths and great views of quintessential downtown Park City.
The Luxury Urban Loft 03 offers a King master suite, a second King suite, and third suite with 4 Twin beds suspended over 2 Queen beds, sleeping 8 total in this suite. The lower level living area also offers a Queen sleep sofa.

This modern ski retreat offers a rich amenity spread that makes it a super desirable to Sundance Film Festival groups, as well as corporate and family vacation groups. The property is vertically stacked with stairs to each level bedroom suite. The kitchen and living areas on the first two floors.
The heated deck on the rooftop offers outdoor enjoyment, beautiful at night with strings of white lights, hot tub, and grill entertaining station. The main kitchen and dining area is great for entertaining as well, with industrial sized luxury appliances, large picture windows, and beautiful stone and glass throughout. The contemporary aesthetic mixed with wood trusses and beams is a compelling “contemporary mining” aesthetic design element.

This stay was memorable , especially because we loved the rooftop hot tub and entertainment space . Right in the heart of everything . Will definitely return !

Excellent location, luxury finishes, and incredibly comfortable beds. This was the perfect place for our group of 8 skiers, with an easy walk to town lift as well as Main Street restaurants.
