State Park Marina Stern is located just a mile from State Park Marina and a short drive to all the entertainment, shopping, and food Branson has to offer!
Staying at this gorgeous home will put you within walking distance of a food truck park and kayak/ATV rentals. You will be right next door to Area 71 where you can find great food, live entertainment on the weekends, and convenience store grabs!
Arriving at State Park Marina Stern, you will have ample parking including space for a boat! Behind a privacy fence is your very own private hot tub! Upon entering the first floor, you are greeted by a kitchenette, ideal for keeping your favorite snacks within arm's reach. The oversized couch is perfect for an unforgettable movie night or enjoy a friendly game of shuffleboard. Retreat to the comfort of the bedrooms for a great night's sleep. This level boasts two queen-sized bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom.
Up the stairs on the 2nd floor is a beautiful open-concept living space. Lounge in the living area for a family movie night or enjoying a good book in the natural light. The dining table is ready for you to enjoy a delicious meal – whether it be a hearty breakfast, quick lunch, or full-course dinner. Enjoy some fresh air on the balcony with your favorite beverage. Cook up a feast in the fully-equipped kitchen that awaits you! On this level you will find 2 king bedrooms, a bunk room with a twin-over-twin bunk, another twin-over-twin bunk, and a bathroom with a tiled shower.
Head up another flight of stairs where you will find yourself in the expansive master suite. You will find a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub and beautiful walk-in shower with a rain shower head. Head into the sitting area off the bedroom for some quiet time with a view or get some work done at the desk area.
This home offers an additional living space upstairs, and requires the use of stairs to enter the unit! For those who have difficulty navigating stairs, this unit may not be ideal. Contact us to find the perfect place for you!

When we arrived, unit was not cleaned from previous guest. Bathrooms and beds used, nothing terrible, but used. I called office and they sent two people over very quickly and all was corrected promptly before the rest of our guests arrived. We enjoyed our stay and the unit was conveniently located to activities we were going to do and big enough for 11 of us to enjoy space and each other for my mom's 80th birthday.

This home was exactly what we imagined! Welcoming right as we walked in the front door. Super easy check in! Everything was extremely fine! Lovely furniture & decor! Beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much!!!
