About this house rental
Trapiche is a luxury condominium with only 22 apartments. Located on the 9th floor with fabulous views of the sea and the bay of Ixtapa. Three bedrooms with AC and bathroom each. For 8 people maximum. Excellent security and administration. With access to private beach. Large pool, 3 wading pools for children and jacuzzi, all with solar heater. BBQ area. Includes cleaning and cook service. 10 minutes from the supermarket and 5 minutes from restaurants and bars. Parking for 1 car. No pets

It has 3 bedrooms with bathroom each. The master bedroom with ocean views has facilities for seniors with a king size bed. The second bedroom has 3 double beds and mountain views. The third bedroom has 2 double beds and mountain views.
Living room, dining room, TV room, terrace all with sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher. Laundry area with washer and dryer.
The condominium has 2 elevators, gym, massage room, grills, swimming pool, palapa bar for dining with ocean views, fishing area, tennis court, children's area with sandbox, children's pool and games.
