Villa 'Olivia Cielo E Terra' with private pool, Wi-Fi and air conditioning

Located in the Erchie Piccolo area, Villa Olivia Cielo e Terra offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The property, spread over 2 floors, consists of a living room, a kitchen, 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 16 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, washing machine, and a baby cot on request.



Outside, you have a private area with a pool (open all year) and 4 covered terraces. There are 5 parking spaces available inside the property. You may listen to music in the garden, but not after midnight, out of respect for the neighbors.



Pets are allowed for an extra fee. Dogs must be kept on a leash or otherwise not allowed to roam freely and, inside the apartments, must not get on beds or sofas.



There are cats on the property; please do not let them enter the house and do not leave food or waste outside the apartments. Appropriate containers are available both inside the apartments and outside the gate.



Each apartment is equipped with everything you need for cooking. If you move items such as plates, glasses, cutlery, or pots, please put them back clean in their place. Kitchens must be left clean and tidy at check-out, with all utensils put away in their proper spaces.



At check-out, please leave the apartments with lights and air conditioners turned off and in order. Failure to comply with the house rules may result in a deduction from the deposit paid upon arrival.
