***You have full and total access of the upstairs portion of the home and full backyard during your stay. The basement is not included and has a completely separate entrance.
***Basement is a separate guest suite, it may or may not be occupied during your time of stay. Please expect some noise.
***Guests from both basement and main house are to respect quiet hours which starts at 10pm to 8am.

🕓 Late check out or early check in is per approval prior to booking:
-$50 for early check in or every hour past check out time
🚬 Any signs of use of drugs or smoking or vaping will be fined a minimum of $350
❌ Any signs of blocking or damaging of security cameras will be fined a minimum of $350
❌ Violation of any house rule will be fined $350

This home was a beautiful clean home. Close to Costco and River Cree casino. It had everything in it that you would need for a relaxing stay.the owner is very kind and easy to communicate with. Overall and excellent stay.highly recommended this home.

Our family enjoyed our stay over new years. The house was clean and well equipped and had all amenities we needed for the 5 days. Highly recommend.

I thought it slept 10, however, three queen beds & twin trundle bed only adds up to 8 & couch was a love seat. No outdoor furniture for deck & porch. No grill. Small living room for supposedly ten people. Didn’t realize people were downstairs until we were checking in. It was in the middle of a page on rules. Don’t know why that would be under rules. It was okay. Parking was tight. Could use something to put luggage on. It was new & clean & loved having a washer & dryer. Overall stay was good.
