Boasting modern city vibes, you'll find this condo to be well-furnished with one-of-a-kind Nashville memorabilia scattered throughout. Find yourself on Broadway within a few minutes' walk!

Luxurious amenities include a well-equipped gym and a rooftop terrace with games and a 'hang-out' space.

Offering plenty of natural light, you will find a unique roll-up door in the open living area and kitchen to allow guests to open the living space up to the outside. The well-equipped, full kitchen includes all of the utensils and appliances you'll need to make your stay comfortable, and an additional air mattress is available when extra sleeping arrangements are needed. Additionally, high-speed internet access and FireTV streaming services make connectivity easy.

When it's time to call it a night, the bliss of a plush bed awaits; sleep shouldn't be hard to come by with room-darkening shades, a sound machine, and central air-conditioning.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
An air mattress is available for additional sleeping arrangements.
Guests will have full, exclusive access to the unit. Communal rooftop access is also accessible during their stay.
50% discounted on-site parking and free street parking are available.

A shared laundry room is available on-site. 
The Drip Bar, located next door, is now an official Bounce luggage drop location for guest convenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
