Surrounded by palms and shrouded in sunshine, this beautiful Morehead City home comes ready to host! During your stay, enjoy dazzling water views from every room. When you want to get outside and relish the warm weather, take a quick bike ride to the beach, launch the kayaks at the nearby kayak launch, or check out the area's plethora of popular restaurants, bars, and shops. Beaufort and Atlantic Beach are also less than three miles away. Two kayaks and eight bikes are available for your family's enjoyment, as well as a plethora of beach gear - ensuring every adventure is a success!
Updated and boasting three levels of living, Bay Watch is a place of pure peace and warm welcomes. The home's gourmet kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a pleasant breakfast area. From here, the open floor layout flows into the large living room and onto the deck. Rest assured that your relaxation is always catered to, both on the oversized sofa in the living room and in each of the bedrooms. The primary bedroom provides its own haven with incredible water views and a spacious en suite bathroom.
Additional interior perks include a Pack-N-Play, central air-conditioning, and a washer/dryer.
As the sun begins to set over Calico Creek/Calico Bay, fire up the grill and end your evening under the stars, gathered around the firepit.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Due to location/septic laws, max occupancy cannot exceed two people per bedroom.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

A very nice home with two bedrooms on the top floor and a kids room on the bottom floor. Nicely kept. Great feel. With 5 adults we did run out of hot water. Oops. Elevator was a nice surprise. Easy walk to the restaurants in the evening. Close drive to Fort Macon and Beaufort for the ferry. Nice quiet neighborhood.

The beds need new mattresses. The king size bed was very firm and worn. The queen bed was very firm. Did not use the bunk beds. The couch cushions had stains on them as well as the recliner. The recliner shows signs of wear.
We couldn’t get the code to work in the front door so we used the key. Other than that the home was fabulous, next door neighbors dog barks very early in the morning. Wished the park next door would have been mowed. Would stay again but additional fees charged by Vacasa are ridiculous. Other companies do not charge the extra fees. I’ve had this happen once before with Vacasa. Will not rent any property affiliated with Vacasa because of the additional fees charged by them.
