Relax in this freshly remodeled, clean and comfortable pool home just over one mile from Siesta Key, home to America's most highly rated beaches. Outside, enjoy the large private pool surrounded by peaceful flower gardens and quiet, fully fenced-in backyard.
The beautiful terrazzo marble floors were just refinished throughout the house. A full kitchen is well-appointed with dishwasher, quality cookware and all necessities. The sunroom/dining room seats 6 and opens onto a lovely patio. A sunny, spacious living room has comfortable leather seating and a recliner for viewing the widescreen TV.
Relax in the master bedroom suite with walk-in closet. Work, relax, or practice yoga in the bonus sitting room leading out to the poolside patio and gardens. Twin beds in second bedroom can be combined into a king bed.
The fully renovated bathroom has a king-sized walk-in marble tiled shower. Private laundry room has washer and dryer.
Enjoy eating outside on the patio table with umbrella and chairs, with a grill and an outdoor shower for the pool.
