Had trouble checking in. If there hadn’t been a realtor sign outside for me to call, I might have had further issues. Need trash bags. Skunk staying under the house, which I know is not to the fault of anyone, just want to notify. Overall a nice place though.

The home was clean, but could really use a loveseat in the living room or at least another chair. Additionally, the bedrooms could really use a nightstand. The bedrooms only have the beds in them. The grass needs to be cut. I couldn’t let my dog go out in the back because the grass was taller than she is. Mind you, she only weighs 4 pounds, but it needs to be cleared out before guests can safely use the area. It just felt quite empty compared to the many other places we had stayed. We arrived late at night because we had nearly a 12 hour drive and there was no toilet paper. My husband had to go to the one little convenience store that was open in town at that time to get some for us. Like the title says, the house has a lot of potential. It is very cute, but it needs a little attention and the areas mentioned above. I would gladly stay here again because of the convenience of the location to my husband‘s family, especially if these issues are dealt with properly.

Better management of the property is needed. Check out instructions said to put dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on. No dishwashing detergent. No laundry detergent. There were only two towels that were folded, and one looked like it had been used. We had to buy towels to use. There was a faint smell of skunk. Previously reported No bedding for sofa bed. Luckily we bought our own. House was clean and convenient for walking to square and alumni events
