About this apartment rental
Renovation work in the winter of 2026/2027!! The vacation rental is expected to be available again starting in March.
Our vacation rental, featuring a terrace and garden, accommodates three to four people and is located in the Upgant-Schott neighborhood near Marienhafe. There is a parking space right next to the house. There is also a small garden shed. Guests are welcome to bring their own bicycles and store them safely here. E-bikes can, of course, also be charged.
Grocery stores, bakeries, the post office, pharmacies, doctors’ offices, restaurants, and the train station are only about a 5-minute drive away. Popular coastal towns and villages, such as the seaport city of Emden, Norden/Norddeich, and the fishing village of Greetsiel, are easily accessible in about 20 to 30 minutes.
Other popular destinations:
Go-kart track, right here in town
Störtebeker Tower, right here in town
Lütetsburg Golf Course and Castle
Norddeich Seal Breeding Station
Norden Tea Museum
Aurich Climbing Forest
Tannenhausen Swimming Lake with wakeboarding facility
The “Open Sea” for stand-up paddleboarding
The swimming pools "Ocean Wave" in Norddeich and "De Baalje" in Aurich
Day trips to the islands are generally always possible, sometimes even by high-speed ferry.
On the first floor of our apartment is the living room with a comfortable sofa (that converts into a bed), an armchair, and a TV. The kitchen features a fully equipped kitchenette. The dining area seats four people. A coffee maker, pod coffee machine, electric kettle, egg cooker, toaster, and microwave are provided. There is also a storage room downstairs and a new bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and hair dryer.
Upstairs, there is a large bedroom with a double bed and a children’s room with a single bed.
A terrace with seating for 4 people is the perfect spot to spend a cozy evening.
This is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is, of course, permitted outdoors, such as on the terrace.
