We were there mostly for a place to sleep.
Nonexistent communication with chatting on the app. Had to contact VRBO in order to get a number to only find out that the person listed as the host is not who you speak with. Noted hot tub. There is not one (really didn’t matter for us)
The garbage out back was horrendous in smelll. Like a dead animal was in there. State’s garbage goes on Fridays. It was Friday night when we arrived and it definitely had not been taken out!
Glad it was only 2 of us because not many towels available.

Didn't spend a lot of time at the house, was in town for a baseball tournament.

The "message host" option goes unanswered - I had no information regarding check-in. Chatted with VRBO and the phone number they gave me was wrong. Luckily, the wrong number led me to the property manager. Once in contact with the property manager, the check-in process was smooth (thank you!). If the online listing gets fixed the pre-trip planning will be less annoying. The property was good enough for a guys weekend.
