Outside, the property, totally fenced and with a private parking lot, offers you a petanque court under the olive trees and a swimming pool (4m x 8m) with shower, as well as its beach equipped with deckchairs. Two terraces, one of which is covered, will allow you to live outside or read a book in the outdoor lounge.
Thanks to the ideal location of the villa, in a quiet area, in the heart of a very sunny region that invites you to discover, you will quickly access the many walks, bike rides (25 km from Mont Ventoux), visits to museums and historical sites (Vaison - 30 km from Orange - 55 km from Avignon, ...) and the many Provençal markets (Vaison - Nyons - Buis les Baronnies - ...).
