Our housekeeping does their best to ensure there are no hairs in the towels, but if one is found, it's likely from our housekeeping staff. We strive for this to never happen. If you're not satisfied with the linens, please let us know and we’ll gladly swap them out for you. Please make sure to book for the correct number of guests, as linens are prepared accordingly.

Exactly as advertised. The place was clean. Please note the street is very busy and had limited parking. We were close to the garden district which we like. Place could use some towels racks.
