Welcome to Gratton House, nestled within a tranquil rural setting, this home boasts uninterrupted and awe-inspiring views of the surrounding countryside. Ideal for large family vacations and groups of friends to come together in a scenic spot!
With ample space for all, Gratton House is across two levels. The entrance on the first floor leads to:
Ground Floor:
•Living Room: A cozy space featuring a wood-burning fireplace, countryside views and bi-fold doors that open onto a decked terrace with a glass balustrade. Freeview Smart TV and Wi-Fi are included during your stay.
•Dining Room: Ideal for shared meals and gatherings.
•Kitchen: Well-appointed with an electric stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and patio doors leading to a charming courtyard garden.
•Utility Room: Equipped with a freezer, washing machine, and clothes dryer.
•Gym/Games Room: Offers exercise equipment, along with a selection of board games for indoor entertainment.
•Bedroom 1: Features a comfortable double bed and a Freeview TV.
•Downstairs Bathroom
First Floor:
