For pet lovers, this home accommodates two dogs weighing less than 50 lbs, subject to a non-refundable pet fee of $250 (larger pets may be considered with prior approval). The Florida Keys offer several dog-friendly attractions, including Coco Plum Beach, Marathon Dog Park, and The Dolphin Research Center. Should you not be traveling with a pet, kindly inform us, and we will adjust the charge accordingly.

Booking Policies:
Minimum Stay: A 7-night minimum stay is required by city regulations, with no exceptions. The city determines the maximum occupancy, and it cannot be exceeded, covering adults, children, and infants.
Cancellation Policy: We maintain a strict 60-day cancellation policy. If the cancellation is made at least 60 days before the arrival date, you can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund, excluding processing and admin fees. If you cancel within 60 days of the arrival date and we are able to secure another booking for the same time by opening the calendar, you will receive a full refund, minus processing and admin fees. If we are unable to secure another rental for the specified time, the deposit will be the only amount refunded.
Contract: Upon confirmation of your booking by our office, you will receive a check in form via Email/Booking Channel. Complete the form to receive further details about your stay!
Payment Options: The total reservation charges include credit card processing fees by default. We are happy to accept checks with no additional fees, and in those cases, the processing fees can be removed from your total once you confirm your preferred payment method. Credit card payments are subject to the following fees: – Visa, MasterCard, and Discover incur a 3.5% processing fee (excluding taxes and deposit) – American Express incurs an additional 0.99% fee (excluding taxes and deposit)

The photos do this house justice. We had planned a fishing, diving, family vacation, ages 1 through 12 for the 7 kids and 14 adults. The wind blew us off the water for the first few days but the property and nearby beach/park kept us busy. Between a Key West day, an Islamorada (Robbies) day and the local aquarium, we didnt miss a beat. There was plenty of room for my flats boat in the “jet ski” slip and we also had a 22’ Pathfinder and a 19’ Tarpon flats boat that we doubled up on the main dock. Very small “no wake” zone with great access to the bay as well as the ocean. 3 washing machines, 3 dryers. 5 refrigerators, 1 large “bait” freezer, 1 industrial sized ice maker…the list goes on and on. Mallory was great. Had a wonderful time.

This house had everything you could ever want in a vacation getaway. There was more than enough room for all 22 of us to gather together in the common areas or spread out when we wanted some quiet time. The beds were very comfortable, and all the amenities made it easy to entertain ourselves. The few minor issues we had were handled efficiently by the property manager. They were easy to work with and quick to respond. We couldn't imagine a better place for a getaway with friends and family!

The home was great and fit our needs. We had a nice time with family and family friends. Not every rental has a bed and a private bath in the room - Bumpa's did and it was great. We had a lot of room for our group of 14 to 18 people to move around. The only grandchild with us was either in the pool or doing laps around the kitchen island. It was a luxury for sure and most likely a one-of-a-kind experience.

Bumpa’s Big House did not disappoint! The pool was a huge hit (minus the smell from the area due to the seaweed that blows in during the summer). We had plenty of room for everyone and the location was perfect!
