The Mas de Longeire is the home of my childhood.
It is a spacious house of 140m² with its dining room of more than 35m². You will be able to enjoy the large spaces. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, a large equipped kitchen separate from the dining room.
The house is semi-detached with the cottage "le Mas du Petit Prince" which is currently occupied by a friend who is the caretaker of the property. There are 2 independent entrances.
He is in charge of maintaining the green spaces and the 4000 m² of land.
The bedroom upstairs will be air-conditioned at the beginning of July.
We are 2.5 km from the city center of Villefranche de Rouergue and 300 meters from the Golf du Totche.
You have a Bastibus stop (free city bus) in front of the house. It will be able to take you to the city center, the train station and several places in the city.
