From the lounge area, you will have a breathtaking view of both floors thanks to a double mezzanine which gives this rental an atypical charm.

The open kitchen overlooking the living room will allow you to cook good meals with family or friends. Equipped with a large American refrigerator, a dishwasher, oven, induction hob and microwave oven.
On the first floor there is also a first bathroom with a large walk-in shower, toilet and a washing machine.

A bay window gives you access to a fully enclosed private courtyard, with a stone terrace, two garden furniture and a barbecue available.
