This is a modern one-bedroom apartment in the heart of Oxford city centre on the famous George Street. The location is absolutely perfect!
Oxford University colleges are within very short walking distance. Famous attractions like the Bodleian Library, Harry Potter locations tour, Christ Church Meadow, and Oxford Castle are within a short walk. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. It's a two-minute walk from the main bus station (Gloucester Green) and close to the train station.
This light and airy modern apartment has a spacious and open-plan kitchen/sitting room, a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, and a bathroom with a newly refurbished shower.
The living room has a brand-new sofa and a desk overlooking George Street.
Don't forget to take a sweet from the candy dispenser!
The apartment is on the first floor and there is a lift as well as stairs to access it.
The flat does not have its own parking space, but there are parking options available in the city.

Lovely, good sized apartment in a busy, convenient location (10 minute walk from train station). This is a well maintained, comfortable, clean space. Simply but nicely furnished with a queen size bed, great linens, washer and basic supplies. The bedroom has a closet (enough for two), dresser and is reasonable size. The bathroom is spacious with shower and drawers for storing toiletries. The apartment is just over a very noisy bar which was less of an issue with the windows closed. We were there during a heat wave which necessitated leaving them open. One standing fan did not quite meet our needs so the host, who is just lovely and immediately responsive to any issues, brought us another high speed fan which helped immensely. The building is low key, unmarked and very secure with fob entrance. We were very comfortable during our two week stay.

The host was responsive and helpful, the flat was clean and spacious, and the location was central to everything; however, do not stay here unless you have earplugs because the noise from the street is non-stop all night and the inebriated patrons of the bar directly opposite only get louder and more raucous as the night goes on—punctuated by the revving of engines racing down the street. It is too bad that the negatives so outweigh the many positives of staying here. We did not get a wink of sleep.
