Sitting on the peak of Sunrock Mountain, Summit Escape has some of the best panoramic views in Blue Ridge- 180 degree views from both main and lower decks that can span up to 270 degrees seasonally! The cabin is easily accessible off of paved roads and provides a private and quiet place to relax. This property is adjacent to 100 acres of pristine, undisturbed wilderness, yet minutes away from Downtown Blue Ridge, Mercier Orchards, Lake Blue Ridge, hiking trails, adventure parks and more.
This three-level home has a huge wrap-around covered deck hugging the main floor with a screened-in outdoor fireplace and seating area plus another deck on the lower level. Enter inside where the light pine-wood interior brightens with floor-to-ceiling windows in the great room. Main living room has a stone stacked fireplace and 55” smart TV. A spacious, well-stocked kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances and open living room and dining room all overlook the breathtaking views. Time will melt away as you gather with family and friends around the screened-in porch fireplace or soak in the lower-level hot tub. Heat up the outdoor grill and enjoy your meals in either the indoor or outdoor dining tables that seat 8-10 comfortably. The lower-level game room has a stacked stone fireplace and seating area with a 55” smart TV. This cabin offers the privacy and convenience of a separate bedroom and full bath on each level, with custom furnishings in each room. Wake up to the amazing views right from the king size bed of the master bedroom, located on the upper level. Keep the room's shutters open or close them up for some quiet time. The other two bedrooms provide queen beds and the basement has a futon that sleeps 2. Entrance and main floor can accommodate a wheelchair.

This was a very special reunion of friends that moved across the country… some from Miami, Atlanta, Houston, and California. Easy drive from Atlanta airport into GA mtns.
We had every intention to explore and visit Main Street blue ridge but the cabin was so cozy, with the exception of myself to grab groceries, we did not leave the cabin except to walk the dog!
The cabin was decorated beautifully with Christmas decorations on the main floor where watched movies, opened presents, and made puzzles. Next day we spent entire time downstairs in the hot tub, swing, and played pool.
This very well may have been the first annual bday Friendsgiving trip! We will be back!

Our families (two couples and a total of three kids) really enjoyed this cabin. It was clean, well decorated, cozy, and exceeded all of our expectations! It was in a great location…..close to town and had amazing views of the mountains. Our kids had so much fun adventuring through the woods and we all spent many hours playing pool, sitting by the multiple fires, and sipping wine with a great Mountain View. We would definitely come back to this cabin again and again!
