Hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, shower caps, spare toothbrush / paste, dishwasher liquid and pods, trash can liners, and laundry pods should last through your stay. However, we highly recommend you to review the items provided upon arrival and purchase items as needed per the length of your stay. We have a neighborhood Walmart, Kroger and Home Depot in less than 10 min drive.

Arrival / Entry:
• An electronic keypad is located at the front door. You will receive a door code before your check-in time. Check in is at 4p and checkout at 11a. If you need to arrive early or depart late, contact us and we can accommodate you based on availability
• Parking is available for 2 vehicles in the garage. Garage door opener will be placed inside the house on the entry console. Temporary street parking is available at the front of the house
• Security cameras are located in the front and back of the house for your security. No cameras inside the house
• Guests have access to the entire house except for 1 small storage closet on floor 2

Accommodation Rules:
• At least one of the members staying at the property should be 25+ years old
• Sleeps 8 people. Bringing more people than accounted for will result in a charge of $50 per person exceeding 8
• NO SMOKING & NO PARTIES / GATHERINGS AT ANYTIME - there will be a minimum of $1000 charge for smoking and partying; No loud music
• We do not provide refunds or discounts for stay cancellations due to bad weather, natural disasters or any other situations that is not in our control. We recommend you purchase travel insurance to protect your trip.
