Not a far Uber from the stockyards, great layout for groups in the house, great patio out back to relax. The only con is that it wasn't stocked super well, we didn't have enough plates and silverware for a group of 8. Ran out of toilet paper and paper towels. But overall, would go back.

The house worked well for our family. Plenty of room, clean, and not too far from the places we were going to. The stockyards, Dickies Arena, and great restaurants. Reviewers mention the train nearby, honestly it didn’t bother us at all.Nice home in what appeared to be in a good area.

The house is very close to TCU campus which is great. It is also RIGHT next to the train tracks. If you are a light sleeper you will be awake all night. It slept 7 people very comfortably and the back yard seating is cool.
