Ideally set up for outdoor living guests can relax on the balcony overlooking the surrounding fields, soak up the sun on the terrace and enjoy alfresco meals under the stars.
Inside, the detached property enjoys a spacious open-plan living space furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, a digital flat-screen HDTV and a fully equipped open kitchen fitted with; a breakfast bar, an induction hob, a microwave and a fridge freezer. The property also enjoys a separate dining room with access out to the terrace and a sauna.

The property is located a 7-minute drive from Šmarješke Toplice a small town in the southeast of Slovenia. The town is known for its natural thermal springs which have been used for their healing properties for centuries and is home to several spas and wellness resorts. Klevevž a natural swimming pool is also nearby, a 7-minute drive away or approximately 30 minutes on foot.
For those who want an active rest, the property is an excellent starting point for cycling - popular destinations include Kostanjevica na Krka or Novi Mesto (both approximately a one-hour ride away).
