This cozy studio is in a quiet neighborhood nestled in the municipal golf course. It's a 5 minute drive to the Blue Ridge Parkway and the Folk Art Center and 10 minutes from downtown Asheville. Close to groceries, great eateries, and coffee shops, this studio has a full kitchen and a lovely covered patio for you to enjoy cozy fall nights. Nice small studio that we used the full kitchen to cook a Thanksgiving meal for some family close by. Jillian was very helpful and responsive. We would stay there again.

This was a perfect little studio, with a fully equipped kitchen; very comfortable. It also felt very private with its own entrance. We loved the outside porch area too.

Our stay was great. Jillian was a very prompt and helpful host. She answered our requests and questions quickly. The studio was as advertised with a private drive and entrance. Great patio. I think we used everything Jillian advertised and more. We had excellent coffee ( by the pot) and a zillion channels on the television. We stayed for 4 days with planned activities and peaceful downtime ( rainy day) so we cooked several times. We had pots, pans and dishes to successfully complete our meal each time. We did not bring our dog but the studio and quiet surrounding streets would be perfect for a stroll. We saw several people and small children walking as we drove out. Beverly Hills is also conveniently located to downtown, Biltmore and Blue Ridge parkway. We would recommend the apartment and look forward to staying again while visiting our newlywed daughter.

Very clean, quiet studio. Loved sitting outside in our little private enclosed patio. Even saw a black bear! The neighborhood is great for dog walking.
