About this cottage rental
In the Verdon Natural Park, near the Lake of Sainte-Croix and the Gorges, come and discover the magnificent truffle village of Aups, renowned for its truffle market from November to February, accessible in 10 minutes on foot from the Gîte!
You will find many welcoming shops, quality restaurants, a large market every Wednesday and Saturday, a medical centre, an analysis laboratory, tennis courts (by reservation), petanque courts under the plane trees of the village, entertainment throughout the summer periods!
Accommodation:
Surrounded by olive trees, calm and without vis-à-vis, it is with pleasure that we will welcome you during your stay "AUX 2 CHÊNES" in our charming Gîte completely renovated with taste fully equipped and air-conditioned.
You can enjoy a beautiful saltwater swimming pool, secured with alarm and code gate, 10 x 4.5 m. (the owners take advantage of it during the holidaymakers' walks).
A terrace and a private parking lot at the Gîte are at your disposal. In the communal garden available, you will find table football, a ping-pong table, a petanque court and others...
The 45m2 cottage is ideal for 2 people. You have a fully equipped open kitchen, a living room with sofa, air conditioning, a bathroom with toilet, a bedroom and its air conditioning, a 160 X 200 cm bed, with slatted bases and good mattress.
The whole with all the appliances, gas barbecue, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, mosquito nets, linen fully provided, pool towels included.
-IMPORTANT: The property is equipped with a septic tank. If the regulations relating to septic tanks are not respected, repair costs will be charged to holidaymakers.
- A security camera on the pool is activated when the pool alarm is triggered.
- The Gîte is not suitable for children.

Prices and Opening hours:
- Open from April to November.
- In high season, weekly rental (i.e. 7 nights minimum) from Saturday to Saturday.
- In Low Season, possibility of short stay, of 4 nights minimum.
+ Cleaning fee 50€
Conditions:
- Arrivals are from 16:00 to 21:00 / Departures before 10:00.
- Video inventory / paper inventory.
- When you leave, the premises must be clean and tidy, no rubbish left in the Gîte.
- Parties are not allowed.
- No noise pollution after 22:00
- Pool closes at 9:30 pm / Opens 8:00 am
- No food around the pool.
- Swimwear is required.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The Gîte is STRICTLY NON-SMOKING! Ashtrays are available outside. (As a reminder, the region is at high risk of fire)
- A WIFI COMPUTER CHARTER will be signed on your arrival.
- A deposit is required.
