About this space
Spacious two bedroom, two bathroom, two level condo. There is a balcony on each level overlooking the sandy beach and beautiful Lake Delton. This condominium resort offers lake access, an indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub and a basketball court. Launch your Kayak from the beach, fish from the docks, and if you are bringing your boat there is ample off street parking for your boat trailer. Our community use boat slip is available for passenger loading and unloading. And if you are going to Noah's Ark water park it is just up the street. You can easily and safely walk there and back. It will be easy to come back to the condo for lunch and then head back to Noah's Ark without the expense and hassle of parking a car. We provide basic essentials but not items like salt, pepper, oil, or paper towels. Please plan to bring these.
The space
Our condo is locally managed and fully licensed as a short term rental unit. The Village of Lake Delton and the County of Sauk (Wisconsin) have strict guidelines that a rental unit has to meet. It meets all the requirements and passes all the inspections. It is subject to the taxing jurisdiction of the Village of Lake Delton, Sauk County and Wisconsin. VLD000406.
It is great for family vacations, a girls/guys weekend, or a romantic getaway. All the comforts of home and then some! A well stocked kitchen with full sized appliances, including a dishwasher. For your convenience there is a clothes washer and dryer. This is a quiet 101 unit condominium complex. Many owners live here year round. For other owners their condo is a vacation getaway for them personally or for rent to Wisconsin Dells vacationers. This property is equipped with a video doorbell.
Guest access
There is a full size kitchen, laundry facilities, and a jacuzzi tub in the condo. In a nearby building is the indoor pool and hot tub. A short walk away is an outdoor pool and basketball/tennis court. Included for guests use is a selection of flotation gear and beach toys. Grilling is not allowed on the balcony. There are gas grills available on the property on a first come first served basis. Our favorite grill location is adjacent to the beach--perfect for cooking, eating, and enjoying the beach!
Parking is up top at the resort. There is a central staircase down to the entrance of the unit. If you have mobility issues it is an elevator that guests can use to go to the lower level.

We had a nice stay over Labor Day weekend. The only pace was as advertised and the location is great

We loved this location. The beach was great and was close to attractions! We did get a warning about parking in the lot which was concerning but the property manager reassured us there wasn’t a problem. Overall great place. Would stay again!

My family and I really love this property. The condo was clean and very spacious. We loved that the beach/lake were a quick walk away. The views from our balconies were amazing! Highly recommend!!
