The house was well-appointed, clean and close by to shopping and activities. Communication with the host was great, and they were very accommodating with early check-in, and responsive to any questions. Definitely would stay again.

The property is as advertised and is in a nice quiet location away from busy areas, which worked for us. Plenty of parking as well. The property is pet-friendly, which we had not noticed b/c we were not bringing pets. We encountered an absolute TON of dog fur, even some trundle beds that apparently dogs had slept on and the sheets on the trundles were not changed, and the rug in that room was not vacuumed in any way. We had to wash sheets ourselves and vacuum (which we chose to do after the vacuum was delivered to us). Other vacuuming was needed (fur under kitchen table, coffee table, etc), and there was also other dirty places (back glass door with muddy paw prints & "nose" prints all over it) that the cleaning team had not aptly cleaned. We requested a vacuum and the host did agree to address the problem with the team and refund our cleaning fee. Because I trust they will do what they said, I would consider staying here again, but based on our experience alone, I would not. It's a nicely renovated, very spacious home with a cool setup, and nice location, so I still gave 3 stars. We also did not care for the bed in the master (king), it is VERY noisy so if you are a light sleeper, that's a problem, and to us, it was too firm and uncomfortable as well. None of our other guests had issues with beds. If they find a new cleaning team and change out the bed frame/base/whatever is so noisy, then it would be a 5star property.
