As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. Absolutely — here’s a more **personal and conversational version** that still sounds polished but feels like something you’d genuinely write yourself:---Incredible Views and a perfect stay -Wow — what an amazing stay! The view from this home is absolutely unbelievable. You’re about 200 feet above the water, looking straight out over the Sound toward Port Townsend, with nearly 180 degrees of ocean right below your feet. The sunsets were amazing! I do not believe the photos on VRBO do it justice. It is better than I expected.The house itself is beautifully designed — spacious, comfortable, and with ocean views from almost every room. I especially loved that there are two master suites and tons of cozy spots to sit and just watch the water. Everything was clean, well-stocked, and worked perfectly.The location was ideal for exploring Whidbey Island — just a short drive to Coupeville, Freeland, and Langley, but peaceful and quiet when you’re “home.” If you enjoy walking, there’s a great 3-mile loop down to the shore and back that I did a few times during my stay.The management team at AvantStay was outstanding — super friendly, quick to respond, and clearly cared about making sure everything went smoothly. They even made themselves available off-hours, which really stood out.All in all, one of the best VRBOs I’ve stayed in. Between the views, the comfort, and the great people running it, this place is truly special. I can’t wait to come back!

Had a great visit to whidbey at Marine view. We sat on the deck every night and watched the sunset.

Fantastic location and view. Good, comfortable beds. Kitchen stocked with usual goods.
BBQ outside very greasy and burnt food, couldnt use.
Inside of oven greasy, burnt food.
Floors and furniture dirty, pet hair.
First time staying with Avantstay. If this house is a typical representation, would not stay again.
