No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The pool pump has been replaced since Oct 2023.
Pool heat is not provided. No Rv's or Trailers are permitted on property.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Security camera details: Surveillance camera at front door
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Review: When we walked into this family-friendly home, we were immediately impressed by the attention to detail put into the home. It was clean and elegantly furnished. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials, and the bed was so comfortable that we slept soundly and woke up refreshed. The pool area was serene and the perfect oasis for morning coffee. This home exceeded all of our expectations and felt like a natural home away from home.

The home was extremely clean and well taken care of. The lanai is a relaxing paradise with the pool being so clean. It was our favorite place! The neighborhood is quiet and close to the beach and amazing restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could want. The beds were so comfortable. I cannot wait to come back. Perfect!

Pros:
The house was roomy and very clean and in a great location.
Cons:
The pool was freezing so unfortunately we didn’t get to swim. The ice maker on the fridge is broken. One day we came back to the house and the TV was on so that was sketchy. We also noticed someone walking around the house on one day.. wasn’t sure if it was a neighbor or not. And on our check out day we weren’t even pulled out of the driveway more than one minute and someone had pulled into the driveway. Could have been the cleaners but all of these weird instances made us feel like we were being watched.
