My sister and I had a great time at this property. It was very clean and close to everything. The beds were very comfortable and we slept very well. My only complaint is the living room furniture is really uncomfortable to sit on. And it’s not possible to have two people taking separate showers in both bathrooms at the same time because the hot water ran out. But other than that, the property is great and I would stay there again.

Our friend trip was a success here . The condo had great photo backdrops. It was very hot out and the AC and fans did not disappoint. The pool was chilly but with the heat it felt very refreshing. Only complaint I’d make is not enough towels. Yes there was a washer and dryer but I would have preferred more towels . Other than that it was amazing. I’d definitely go back.

Positives: (1) The location was great. (2) The building was new, clean, and attractive. (3) We enjoyed the pool.
Negatives about the building: (1) The elevator did not always work properly. (2) There were no towel racks in the bathrooms, only one hook for one towel in each bathroom. (3) The sofa bed would not comfortably sleep two.
Negatives about Goodnight Stay, the management company:
(1) Pricing. The cost for staying Sunday night through Thursday night was reasonable. When we added Friday night, not only was Friday higher (also reasonable), but the cost for the other five nights jumped up. The customer service rep was unable to explain this. He blamed it on an algorithm, as if an algorithm were a deep mystery instead of the result of programming a policy into a computer. He also suggested that we save money by booking directly through them instead of through VRBO. (Does this violate their agreement with VRBO?) Finally, the total cost jumped up almost $100 just when we were about to book the property.
(2) Although the condo's amenities say, "Sleeps 6," it was equipped only for 4. GS knew we had 5 in our party, but there were no sheets or blankets for the sofa bed and only 4 towels and 4 washcloths. We notified GS immediately. We got more towels that day, but they did not bring more sheets until the next day, and we never got another blanket.
(3) I requested twice to talk with a manager, but no one ever called. Poor customer service.
I will not book with GS again!
