It's above a lovely glass shop that does classes. I encourage anyone to try it if you stay. Its an amazing experience. As for the room itself, the pros far outweigh any cons. It's only a studio apartment but its much larger than a hotel room would be. It has everything you'd need. The bed is huge and comfortable. It's on the main strip, walking distance to tons of stuff, and and easy drive to everything else. The decor is super cute and you can't beat the views. Here are the (few) cons: 1. When walking the stair to the room at night there is no light and it's pitch black. Use a flashlight or youll probably trip. 2. The temps were in the 80s/90s when i went and the AC wasn't on when i got there. The curtains were open in full sun and the room was hot. I had to figure out how to use the AC unit fast. I turned on both to get it cooled down. I had a dinner to get to right after i checked in and when i came back from dinner i found the ac in the kitchen area had started dripping water so i cleaned that up, messaged the host and decided i wouldn't use that unit the rest of my stay. The only problem is that was the quiet unit, the other one by the TV is loud and i had to turn it off at night to be able to sleep. These are all pretty minor inconveniences. The stay itself was lovely and everything was super easy. They didn’t have a huge book of rules or things i had to do, so leaving was just packing up my stuff and going which is nice. I would happily stay here again. :)

I cannot recommend Buddha’s Bedroom at all. The room is located above a glass-blowing factory and gallery. The industrial-scale exhaust fan from the glass-blowing makes a loud noise and runs intermittently during the day and well into the evening with the noise extremely evident inside the accommodation. The split-system AC leaked so much condensation it created a large puddle on the floor. Towels were needed to stop the water spreading into the rest of the room. The host failed to respond to questions regarding the use of a second AC. Crockery and utensils all needed cleaning before use. Overall, a very poor experience.

This was my second time staying here, and I’d stay again in a heartbeat. Great location, great view, clean, and unique spot. Live it!!!

First of all we had no idea this was on the second floor. Being handicap (knee replacements) and senior citizens this was very very challenging for us.
It did not state anything about being on the second floor in the ad. There are no working lights in the stairwells. This bedroom is above a glass blowing business that has a very very loud ventilation system right next to the bedroom windows that kept us up all night. The street noise is very loud as it is right off the main drag in Sedona.
I honestly believe that the laundry was not clean I should specify the bedding for the sofa sleeper was not clean it was just waded up in a drawer unfolded smelling like it had been used.
The owner was very difficult to get a hold of.
This might be a mistake on my part so I won’t hold it against the owner however this is literally a bedroom. Not a small unit apartment. It has no kitchen, no separation for our teenage daughter that was traveling with us, it’s just one big room with a tiny bathroom.

The room was very clean and had lots of great additions such as the little fridge, microwave, and coffee! The shower was spacious and the room has an addition sink outside the bathroom area which is great! We received clear check in and parking instructions that were a breeze, but did not receive any check out instructions.

Fantastic experience, definitely a 5 star. Room is beautifully decorated, exceptional care is taken by the cleaning team and the location is in the center of everything! The pillow top bed was like sleeping on a cloud after hiking the red rock all day. Highly recommend a stay here. You'll love it as much as we did.

This was a beautiful place from which to launch our first exploration of Sedona. The windows revealed views of the remarkable nature of the land, and the room revealed the creativity and thoughtfulness of our hosts, from glass art lighting fixtures to decorative pieces inviting meditation. The impeccable cleanliness added to the peaceful, well-cared for sense of the place. While you can hear the sound of the traffic along the main road of West Sedona, it was not an impediment to our enjoyment, and we loved the convenient location, which included a Whole Foods grocery store and restaurants right across the street, and easy access to trail heads. We would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed staying in this cozy little apartment. It's perfect for two. The location above a glassblowing shop is super cool, if we had a longer stay we definitely would have booked an amateur lesson. The place was very clean and nicely finished. My only minor gripe is that some of the check in and out info was not provided anywhere, and I had to ask the host. However, they responded very quickly, so not a big deal. All in all, an awesome place that I would book again.

This place met our needs! It was spacious, clean, all of the necessities were there, coffee, tea, frig, etc. The shower was very nice. I will say the street was busy all day and way into the evening. So glad the parking was easy! Thanks

We stayed two nights at the Buddha's bedroom. It's very spacious. The bed is very comfortable. Location is quite good, easy to access restaurants and whole foods market. A little confused at the beginning, because there's an event that occupied the front parking lot. And there are both rental units at the front and back of the building. Also, our door code didn't work. But the host helped us to resolve the problem. After that, we really loved our stay. The only down side is that the room is facing a busy road. It could be noisy.

Dirtiest place we have ever stayed. Booked 3 nights but stayed only one; booked into a local hotel. We did receive a 2 night refund. We took numerous pictures to document food on flatware, frig and microwave dirt, and floors that had not been swept, at all. The towels didn’t smell good so we ended up not even showering. Tge floor was sticky in places and counters had not been well cleaned. The AC/heating unit did not have a remote, so I had to crawl on a stool to shut off the cold air, and that meant no heat at night. I guessed that the location might be noisy, no surprise except louder than I anticipated. Avoid this location if you can.

This is an adorable place! The decor is lovely! Smelled, looked, and felt so clean!!! When we arrived, the door code didn’t work. However, I immediately called the host, they answered promptly, and fixed the door code so we could get in. I received all information from the host the day before via the app - and again, communication was clean, fast, and friendly. There is two mini-splits for heating and cooling; they work great! Mini fridge, coffee pot, and microwave available! Shower is lovely! Everything about this experience was fantastic!! Walking distance from many shops and places to eat! Whole Foods across the street! The mini stools at the table felt a bit flimsy, but all was great!

The room and location are amazing! Beautiful view very comfortable room, but the pullout couch is the worst. I would only suggest staying there if your group of people will be sharing the bed.

All was good. Would have appreciated a letter/note in the property about how to heat, TV, coffee, etc or any other rules

The bed was broken if you laid on one side it pops up the other side like a teeter totter. We messaged the host multiple time with no respone. They told us to park in the front but when we arrived there was a art show in the front parking lot so we messaged the host and no response. Multiple times when we came back we had no where to park due to the art show.

Impossible to get in touch with anybody at Property, absolutely no communication. Also the room has a window by the door that had floodlights directly pointed that window that made it seem like the sun was coming up perpetually while we were sleeping. It's was hard to get deep sleep, they need to get different blackout curtains if they're going to keep those floodlights on at night at the commercial property. It's was terrible

This place is a great homebase for hiking. You can pick up supplies right across the street at Whole Foods, and it has easy access to the trailheads and the Sedona Shuttle lots. There are plenty of restaurants nearby too.
