About this house rental
This is a very nice property, and we splurged on the entire remodel. It's a duplex house, open floor plan with two apartments with the same floor plan. You can choose to leave the internal apartment doors open or close them to maintain two separate apartments. Think of it as adjoining rooms in a hotel, close the door or keep it open.
(Please note this home is a college rental property, the configuration will remain the same however the bedding, decor, towels will be swapped out during the VRBO rental season. Will update with photos in May. Although this is a college rental property it remains clean and very well kept!)
Each floor has its own heat and central air with HEPA and UV Light filtration system. Business class Wi-Fi, security system for each floor should you want to enable it when you are out of the home. External security lights and camera system. The parking lot is well lit up in the night.
Each floor not only has a stackable washer dryer and laundry room but also a 3 sink/mirror combo full bathroom. The toilet/shower is separated so one can use the sinks with out disturbing someone on the toilet or in the shower. Fully furnished with lots of room to stretch out. Oh and there is a 12x12 dinette addition off of the kitchen on each floor. .Top end appliances, utensils/ plates etc. included.
0.5 mile away from the college, and a very short walk away from main street.

We stayed at this VRBO property as a family for the weekend for my daughter's graduation. The property is a quick and easy drive from Cornell's campus. We felt very welcome and right at home all weekend. The house was very organized, spacious, and very clean. We would definitely recommend this home for anyone who is travelling to the Finger Lakes or surrounding areas or attending Graduations at any of the local universities :).Jerry was very responsive and promptly responded to any queries we had.

We had a family reunion in the area. We had all traveled from out of state and could stay together instead of at a hotel. It was so ideal to have our own rooms yet common area.
Jerry was fantastic to work with. The house is amazing space. Just blocks from being able to walk to explore a cute downtown area.
