The house was very clean and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable. We had a very comfortable stay!

The place was very clean and location was great. We felt very safe in the gated community.
Due to the following, I gave an overall rating of 3. The house was very warm when we arrived. Due to the thermostat requiring a passcode to adjust the temperature, I had to contact the manager who contacted the owner. They promptly adjusted the temperature to 72. My family woke up in the middle of the night sweating the temperature was back up to 88 degrees. At 1:30am I had to call the manager again to adjust the thermostat setting. He promptly adjusted it back to 72.
Needs more towels..A washing machine and dryer were listed as amenities but, there wasn’t any so we couldn’t wash the towels for reuse.
